THE BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE
This 8 week challenge is the stepping stone to a healthy weight, a happy heart, and an energized body. Douglife will provide plenty of information about healthy eating, active living, and tips for staying motivated during the 8 weeks. This challenge is about losing unwanted and unhealthy weight with a healthy and maintainable approach, avoiding yo-yo dieting and fasting. Weight will be recorded Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:00am and 12:00pm at both campuses. You choose the day that works better for you.

WELLNESS CHALLENGE
Every Monday the participant will complete an on-line questionnaire regarding their previous weeks activities. This program honors the participants? trust and will be evaluated by a point system that is generated from the questionnaire. It will be up to you to keep track of your habits and activities from the previous week.
