The International Truffle Fair celebrates this indulgent ingredient with a lively truffle market and fair. And to add a touch of local rivalry, accompanied by parades and musical bands, the crowds gather to support their jockey at the annual donkey race between the neighbouring villages.

Guests staying in Barcelona board the cava train to Sadurni d?Anoia with over 1000 revellers, including huge puppets and music bands. On arrival at Sadurni d?Anoia, greeted by the cava houses with open doors and open arms, the tastings, feastings and celebrations commence.
